I have noticed how I collect lots of info and images on pinterest. But I have resolved to use some of, rather than just looking at it! So I just had to share the amazing fridge jam. In my 'for healthy eating' board I have the best blueberry and chia seed jam. From this blog my whole food life. Basically you have two cups of organic blueberries, quarter of a cup of chia seeds and three tablespoons of mayple sryup. Put ingredients I a blender and pulse, pop into a jar and keep in the fridge, it takes minutes that's all. Wow it's good and so healthy, mine will be on yoghurt or porridge.
