A short and bursting post, just like my garden!! Tat to finally starting to harvest a few lovely looking veg, and tons of fruit. I have picked lots of gooseberries and blackcurrants and have made jars and jars of jam, which is great because I don't buy jam anymore and I had run out and the homemade Marmalade was starting to get a little boring. Lettuce is going good, although it doesn't look amazing there is plenty and I like the tom thumb variety. As you can see the broad beans have been a success, along with the peas. I'm enjoying the sun and rain combination, hoping the rest of the garden does too.

  1. So much green, yum :) I tell myself we have to have so much rain in Devon to keep it so green lol x

  2. Wow, what a harvest! My broad beans didn't do too well only got six pods (to date) and shared them with my allotment partner! They were yummy none the less:)
